Autumn Event
Birkbeck College, 15 September 2005
Providers under the Programme attended the LSC Pan-London ESF Objective 3 Autumn Event which covered a range of relevant issues for the delivery of projects. Providers could register up to two delegates per project.
The event included presentations and seminars covering evaluation and the three cross-cutting themes (equal opportunities, sustainable development, ICT). Along with ECOTEC, the London Environment Centre (London Metropolitan University) and e-Skills UK SSC provided contributions.
In the afternoon, the London Environment Centre ran intensive workshops focusing on the implementation of sustainable development. Projects were asked to nominate one delegate each to attend and they will be monitored on the implementation of the action plan developed during the workshop. Providers who already attended sustainable development training workshops run by the London Environment Centre within the context of another CFO round did not need to attend the afternoon session (but had to inform their Contract Manager).
